Ever wanted to use Instagram uploading photos from a PC. You read that right, from a PC. Watch this video from Christian Karasiewicz:
I upload photos to Instagram all
the time from my PC. I don’t even own a smart phone. I still have a
dumb phone. This does work. You can see photos I uploaded at my Instagram account: BrettOssman.
Any questions, give me a shout.
If you have any trouble at all, I recommend reading the comments section on the video. It's brief.
However, I did figure out one common problem. My answer, found in the comments, is:
- Instagram won't install, restart Bluestacks and try again
- Can't get camera to work correctly for uploading
I
have a Windows 7 PC. I could not turn off the camera, but got uploads
to work. Click on the camera, then go to Gallery on the LOWER left. Once
there, click Gallery on the UPPER left, then Other. NOTE: you are
clicking two different Gallery options. You'll get file selection
options including Pick from Windows and ES File Explorer. I use Pick from Windows.
My approach to shooting and finishing a specific photo. I plan to keep the explanation as simple as possible. I may not go into extreme detail on my entire process, but hopefully give enough insight to help anyone.

Three Easy Casual Photography Tips
Are you happy with your photos?
Are they what you want or hope for?
If so, no need to finish reading this. :-)
Many of you don't want or need to learn a bunch of photography stuff. You just want to capture the moment, and avoid a crappy photo.
These three simple techniques will make a ton of difference.
Remove the Clutter
Remove the clutter from around your subject. Keep the surroundings and background as simple as possible. Too much stuff is distracting. If need be, simply move to a different location or angle.
Check the Lighting
If it bothers your eyes, don't bother taking a photo. It will likely be worse. As with clutter, move to a different location or angle. Keep the contrast between scene's bright and dark areas to a minimum.
Move Off-Center
Move the subject off-center. Think of a tic-tac-toe board, and move your subject to one of the intersections. You'll figure out which one. Also, have your subject look into the photo, not out of it.
These three techniques may be all you'll ever need or want. However, if you want to go to the next level and really learn photography, I recommend a structured course. Trial and error may get you there one day, but a course will get you there MUCH faster.
I highly recommend PhotographyCourses.biz. The FREE videos are organized both by subject and skill level. Just watch one, and you'll come back.

Looking for Unique Artwork
Are you looking for unique works of art?
Many folks like special works of art to display in their homes. However, they simply cannot afford the well-known artists.
This where Fine Art America comes in.
Fine Art America offers many types of art including photographs, paintings, sketches and more.
I recently ran a contest to promote other artists. The works are displayed below. Who knows, you may just find that perfect piece of art you have been looking for.
